Inside the Outdoors Foundation (ITOF) is the 501(c)3 nonprofit partner of Orange County Department of Education’s Inside the Outdoors program.
Founded in 1994, our mission is to support Inside the Outdoors as they work to build environmental literacy for Orange County students. Our volunteer board is committed to enhancing environmental literacy, building community, and connecting young learners with the outdoors.
We help ensure all students, especially those from underserved communities, have access to hands-on outdoor learning experiences.
